1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the odds96 platform at odds96.im, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the odds96 platform and close any existing account.

1.2 Amendments

odds96 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the official language of the odds96 platform. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on odds96. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. odds96 takes age verification seriously and may request documentary evidence of your date of birth at any point. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method.

2.2 Account Registration

To access the full range of odds96 services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify odds96 promptly of any changes.

• One account per individual person — duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• You may not register on behalf of another person.
• Corporate, trust, or business entities may not register as players.
• You must not use a VPN or proxy service to circumvent access restrictions.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

odds96 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activation are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your odds96 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. odds96 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

odds96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT-denominated payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). odds96 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be displayed at the time of deposit. odds96 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its sole discretion and will notify affected players where required.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours during normal business operations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC documentation is pending.
• odds96 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals.
• Funds obtained from fraudulent activity will not be processed for withdrawal.

3.4 Refused Transactions

odds96 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity. In such cases, odds96 may freeze the associated account and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by odds96 are subject to wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise. odds96 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus and to withdraw bonus offers from players who have previously abused promotion terms.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Players using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have all accounts suspended.
• Certain games may not contribute to, or may contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirements.

4.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

odds96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already qualified, odds96 will honour bonus credits already issued to the player's account at the time of cancellation, subject to the original wagering requirements.

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on odds96 are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. Bets placed in error — including incorrect amounts, incorrect selections, or bets placed on the wrong market — will not be voided or refunded except at the sole discretion of odds96.

5.2 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the odds96 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of odds discrepancies in a systematic manner.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bet outcomes.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Exploiting system errors, glitches, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chip dumping or other forms of organised play manipulation in casino games.

5.3 Voided Bets

odds96 reserves the right to void any bet placed under erroneous odds or conditions caused by a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account. odds96's decision on voided bets is final and binding.

5.4 Game Integrity

All casino games available on odds96 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These games operate on independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. odds96 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Account Closure by odds96

odds96 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, provision of false registration information, or threatening or abusive behaviour toward odds96 staff. In such cases, odds96 may withhold remaining balances pending investigation.

6.4 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your odds96 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, odds96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of funds caused by technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processing delays outside odds96's reasonable control.

7.2 Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the odds96 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy. odds96 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

7.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the odds96 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of odds96 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission.

7.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
